YABAI YABAI is a textile studio based in Singapore and Tokyo. In each collection, we design a series of textile prints and produce a selection of fabric items. Every fabric piece is sewn at our studio and is mostly made with natural materials. We hope to bring a bit of joy and colour in your everyday life.
The san mai series was created to focus on practicing the art of textile and object making.
This series is also a personal journey of rediscovering the brand’s identityand the joy of making clothes that reflect the artist themselves.
Each piece is carefully made at the atelier with attention to detail and material. We have limited the quantity in the collection to make every piece withcare and intention. For every item in this collection, only three pieces are made.A reminder that good things come in threes! :)
We hope each piece finds its way to someone who will truly cherish it.
